The Academic Research Showcase (ARC) is an archive of undergraduate student research efforts. In particular, students enrolled in English Composition 1 (ENC 1101) and English Composition 2 (ENC 1102) propose, experiment, and report on research problems that interested them. At the end of each term, students present their findings in a open-campus research showcase. This libguide contains the most scholarly works produced by students in ENC 1101 and ENC 1102 from the year 2018 to present. Future composition students utilize the repository as they complete their research studies as well.
Dr. Billy Jones is an Assistant Professor of English at Broward College's South Campus. He believes in engaging students in rigorous learning experiences that promote critical and independent thinking.
In April 2018, he was the recipient of the 2018 Professor of the Year Award for Broward College's South Campus.
