SIERRA AND ENCORE DUET IMPLEMENTATION WORK SUSPENDED:

• FALSC and Innovative have mutually agreed that they will not go live with Sierra Encore in July 2018.  They are working together exploring ways to allow them to move forward in a different direction on the implementation project.

August 2017

• Broward employee Sierra accounts created DONE - check with Rich if you do not have your credentials or if you have new hires who need logins.

October - November 2017

• Production system available for testing
• October 9 - October 20: Phase 1 of comprehensive testing
• November 8, 10:00 Systems Working Group Webinar on November 8 at 10 am ET to give an intro to Create Lists. Collaborate link
• November 8, 1:00 - UBorrow Workflows Webinar on November 8 at 1:00 pm ET. Use the Collaborate Link to join.
• November 14 - December 2: Phase 2 of comprehensive testing

December 2017

• December 1 - next Sierra release DONE

• Completion of development and implementation of new software at III
• FALSC checkpoint - GO/NO GO decision for July go-live
