RefWorks Transition

Export your references from RefWorks.

Step 1: Choose an Alternate Citation Manager

Before you get started with exporting your references from RefWorks, you must first choose a different citation manager and create an account. Click here to learn about the different citation management managers.  For the most efficient export process, download the desktop application of your new citation manager.  Once you have created an account with your preferred citation manager, you will need to export your references from RefWorks.

Step 2: Export Citations from RefWorks

Please see the PDF to the right for instructions on exporting citations from RefWorks (document shared by permission of the University of Florida).  (Exporting your Refworks library will not include your PDF files. You must download each PDF file individually, and save in a different space, such as a desktop folder or Google drive)
