Plagiarism

Plagiarism is when you copy someone else's words or ideas without giving them credit.

Examples of plagiarism:

  • turning in someone else's work
  • not using quotation marks
  • paraphrasing without giving credit
  • reusing a paper you turned in for a previous assignment
  • copying so many ideas/ words that it makes up a majority of your work
