The Ricoh/EFI printing system is here! You can now print, scan, and copy with a standard Debit Card or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Discover).
If you do not have a credit card, you can purchase a "Gift Card" at the Bookstore. It has $25 of credit and costs $3.95 for a total of $28.95. You cannot add more value to it.
Once submitted, someone will respond to you within 7 days. To report a system that is down or other urgent issue, please call our Help Desk at 954-201-7521.
In order for students or guests to use the balances on their BC ID’s or Guest Cards, the old printing system (HP/iTeam) will be available until October 31, 2016. Copiers will be removed during the summer of 2016.
Effective November 1st, only the Ricoh/EFI devices will be available for Student or Guest printing and copying.
Printing from a Library Computer
Printing from PrintMe mobile app:
Download the “EFI PrintMe” app from the “Apple App store” or “GooglePlay”. Use the app to pick a file on your phone and send it to print. Follow the directions for Printing from a Library Computer to print it.

Printing from email
Email your file to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an emailed reply with a unique Document ID (numbers are saved for 24 hours only) and a bar code you can scan at the printer.
Printing a Receipt: (If Needed)
Receipts are available immediately for the work just performed. Touch Done when you are finished copying or printing.
User will then be prompted -- "Do you want a receipt e-mailed?", and user will be prompted to select either E-Mail or No Receipt. If the e-mail option is selected, user will be prompted to enter an e-mail address. Once the e-mail address has been entered and user proceed, a confirmation screen will pop up, confirming the address to where the e-mail was sent.
