Why books?

Books are a good resource to start with because they provide an overview or background information on a subject and also help to put your topic in perspective. If you don't know where to start, the library catalogs will help you locate books on your topic.

Print Books

Broward County Library (BCL) Catalog
Use to find books located in the South and North Campus libraries, as well as the libraries located at the Pines, Miramar, and Weston Centers.
Central Campus University/College Library
Locate books, ebooks, journals, microfilm, videos, DVDs, and other materials owned by the Central Campus Library.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any print or audiovisual materials borrowed at the Central Campus Library MUST be returned to the Central Campus Library ONLY! Please do not return books borrowed from the Central Campus Library to the South or North Campus libraries.

This searches only for ebooks. To locate other library materials use the BC Libraries homepage.
