Guest Speaker: Ms. Althea Frye

Guest Speaker: Ms. Althea Frye is a member of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida and belongs to the Bird Clan. Ms. Frye is the great niece of the first chairman, Buffalo Tiger. 

Ms. Althea Frye is half Miccosukee (mother) and half Polish. She attended FIU and graduated with an MBA in May of 2016.

Moderator: Dr. Lulrick Balzora, Dean of Academic Affairs

Dr. Lulrick Balzora hold a Ph.D. in Higher Education, Doctor of Ministry, Master of Arts in History, and Master of Divinity. Retired as a LCDR in the United States Navy with 25 years of active and reserve service. Worked at Broward College since 2002. Served as associate Professor of Religion, District Director of Honors, and currently serves as the Dean of Social & Behavioral Sciences & Human Services at Central Campus.
