1) Upload a PDF of both articles to the Assignment Folder on D2L.

2) Bring a hard copy of each article to class.

  • Once you have found your popular article, look for descriptive words such as:

                   "In a paper published by..."

                   "In a study conducted by..."

                   "A study published by..."

  • When you see these phrases, follow the link to the matching journal article.

  • Remember to print out both articles and save a PDF of both articles!

Finding Full Text Journal Articles

If you cannot find the full text of the journal article on the Internet, then search for the author and/or title of the article in these databases.

Note: You will have to login with your Borrower ID# (which is your student or faculty ID number) and PIN, which is a 4 digit code based on your birth date: MMDD. (For example, if you were born on July 04, your PIN is 0704.) If you cannot log in, please call (954) 201-6649 to reset your password.

Remember to record the article's source information, including author, title of article, title of publication, year of publication, as well as volume, issue, and page number(s).
